  • What size nappy will fit in the nappy bag?
    A. We have tested the bag with almost every brand of children’s nappy on the market and are happy to say that you will easily fit two larger nappies into the bag or four-six newborn nappies.
  • Can the nappy bag be used without nappies?
    A. The bag will be a wardrobe staple for many years, probably long after you need to step out of the house with nappies! Our customers have reported using the pockets for storing a folded scarf, tablet/i-pad, a simple notebook, or journal.  In our experience, as well as our customers, the bag will prove to be an invaluable asset and you’ll wonder how you ever got by without your designer nappy/hand bag!
  • What kind of leather is used?
    A. Genuine cowhide.
  • Can I use any leather conditioner on your products?
    A. Yes, however we do not warranty products if inferior leather conditioners have been used.  We use and recommend the Collombatti Naturals Polish that we sell.
  • Can I return an item?
    A. Yes of course, providing you comply with the terms and conditions.  Contact us to arrange a return via our contact us page.

  • How do I track my delivery?
    A. You are able to track your delivery – once your order is shipped (usually within 2 business of days of placing the order) you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number.  You will be required to sign for your parcel but if you are not at the designated address when delivery is made you will be directed to the nearest post office for collection of your parcel.
  • Do you gift wrap?
    A. All purchases are quality checked & beautifully packaged before shipment. If you require a special wrap then you may select the Gift Wrap Option at checkout.
  • Can I include a note for the recipient?
    A. Yes, you can include a note in the ‘Order Notes’ section at checkout.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    A. The Hudson Collections are exclusively available online at this stage.  In the future we hope to offer small selections of our goods via approved channels – contact us if you’re interested in becoming a stockist!
  • Can I have my order sent to another address?
    A. Yes, simply enter the recipient’s address in the Shipping Address section when you go through the checkout.  Please note that the billing address must match the address shown on the cardholder’s account with the relevant bank/credit facility.
  • I didn’t receive an order confirmation.  Who do I contact to ensure my order was placed correctly?
    A. Sometimes our emails get stuck in your spam folder and it seems like we haven’t sent one.  You can log in to your account after placing an order to check that an order has been received and see where it is at in the process.  Otherwise, please email us on orders@thehudsoncollections.com
